Thank you for shopping on the Witch’s Manifest merch store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help. Below is our return and refund policy for our merchandise.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
- Return Process:
- Contact our support team using our contact form with your order number and reason for the return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Condition of Returned Items:
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting an Issue:
- If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
- Resolution Options:
- We will replace the damaged/incorrect item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as new orders. Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
- Contact us if you need assistance with sizing or selecting the correct item.
International Orders
- Return Shipping:
- Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
- Refunds for International Orders:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
